We have many options available for paying your assessments. You can make one time payments with your credit card or checking account online, setup recurring payments and have your assessment automatically debited from your account, or send your payment by mail.

Pay via automated withdrawal/debit

To setup recurring payments, please click here to download our ACH form. Please:

  • Provide a voided check with your completed ACH form, and
  • Return by email to, fax, or mail to: CJM Association Services, Inc., PO Box 190, Pleasanton, CA 94566.
  • Payments are processed on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be processed on the next business day. You will continue to receive a monthly statement for your records.

By mail

If you prefer to mail your payments, our address for payments is: PO Box 7144, San Francisco, CA 94120-7144. Please remember the following:

  • Include account number on check or return with stub from invoice.
  • Monthly assessments are due on the 1st and late after the 15th of each month.
  • Do not send any type of correspondence with your payment.

Through your bank's online bill pay

This is something you setup through your bank's bill pay service. Just remember to use the following information:

  • Payment address is PO Box 7144, San Francisco, CA 94120-7144
  • Include your account number in the memo.
  • Allow enough time for your payment to arrive by the 15th of each month. Remember that just because this is called an “online bill payment” , it doesn’t necessarily mean your payment will come through as an online transaction. Most banks will deduct funds from your account, cut a physical bank check and then mail out the payment . Keep this in mind if your payment doesn’t reach us but your bank account was deducted. You can confirm with your bank if an online bill pay check cleared by asking for the check number issued by your bank on your behalf.
