• You must register and log into your homeowner portal to use this option.
• To get started visit our website at www.cjmasi.com and click “Homeowner Login” tab.
• Once signed in, click the Pay Now icon on the left side of the page.
• Follow the step-by-step instructions on the screen to either set up a one-time payment or a recurring payment.
• You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank for processing payments. We do not charge processing fees for payments set up through your bank account, but any fees imposed by your bank are your responsibility.
• Please note that there is a third-party transaction fee when using this payment option for credit cards.

If you encounter problems with an online payment, please call (800) 690-0984. Representatives are available to answer your call Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern Time.

• If you are using your bank’s online bill pay service, or another 3rd party bill payment service, be sure your payment record includes your HOA account number in the memo section
